I've got a problem with port forwarding since my ISP is not accepting my request to turn off CGNAT in order for me to do port forwarding. Fortunately, I found in google that PureVPN will let me have a static IP as well as port forwarding feature so I tried it and they never failed me.

Along with that, their customer service is super fast. I wanted to mention Furqan and Peter and the remote engineer who helped me with my concern. Thank you guys, PureVPN is very reliable!

Over the years I have tried many more or less expensive VPNs. For a few months I have been using PureVPN for my work activities and also using a dedicated IP.
The service works very well, I have never encountered any problems.
Today I had a connection problem with the dedicated IP server and I contacted chat support. The operator Peter advised me to reinstall the software on Windows and the problem was immediately solved. Thanks Peter

Unreliable, useless service. I regret giving them my money for 2 yrs of service. Went downhill after 30 days when it could no longer be refunded. I paid for port forwarding, which hardly ever works either.

Got in touch to find out why my sub was expired yet payment had come out a few days ago. Spoke with a gentleman called Uzair on live chat at 11pm who sorted the problem out and I was able to use the app again. Thanks a million

Error was, that latest android-app download on my mobile was wrong, so android-TV-app was downloaded instead. It took a long while to get it fixed due to wrong URL given for device registration. But solved with help from Furqan.

I have probably used PureVPN both on desktop and on mobile device for over 4 years. I do rate myself as a light user and generally use their basic functions/service. However they have met my expectations and I rarely have any quality issues. I find them reliable and easy to use. PureVPN has come a long way and they are improving in all aspects. They are competitively priced and loyalty results in lower costs. I am happy to continue using them over the next 4-5 years. Good job guys!

to put it in simple terms. any vpn could potentially sellout to a high bidder or a government demanding them to do so, that is what makes pure different, they will never ever sell or give my data to anyone or any government,. so you do you but ill stay with pure for ever since i know its the best option,
